Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms apply to purchases made from ledvalgustid.ee (hereinafter the Online Store).

1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Online Store and the buyer.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Online Store may amend these Terms and Conditions. The version applicable to an order is the version in force when the order is submitted.
2. Products and prices
Product prices are displayed in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
A delivery charge may be added to the product price. The delivery charge depends on the selected method and destination and is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Information about the main characteristics of each product is provided on its product page.
Changes in prices do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Placing an order
To place an order, the buyer must add the required products to the shopping cart, enter the required information and select a delivery and payment method.
The total price, including delivery charges, is displayed before the order is confirmed.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent to the buyer's e-mail address.
The sales contract enters into force after the amount payable has been received by the Online Store or payment service provider, unless the selected payment method provides otherwise.
If an ordered product cannot be supplied, the buyer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
If no replacement or other solution is agreed, the relevant payment and, where applicable, related delivery charges will be refunded without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
4. Payment
Orders can be paid for using the payment methods displayed during checkout.
All payment methods currently available are shown before the order is confirmed.
Payments are accepted in euros.
The personal information necessary to process a payment may be transmitted to the relevant payment service provider.
5. Delivery
The Online Store delivers to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Delivery to other countries may be arranged by prior agreement.
Available delivery methods and prices are shown during checkout.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated for a particular offer.
Within Estonia, orders are generally delivered within 1–14 business days after the sales contract enters into force.
Deliveries outside Estonia generally take 3–21 calendar days.
If delivery is expected to take longer than usual, the Online Store will inform the buyer as soon as reasonably possible.
6. 14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, except in cases provided for by law.
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to buyers who are legal entities.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a clear statement within the 14-day period to:

No separate PDF withdrawal form is required.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including, among others, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, rapidly perishable goods, certain sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, and other statutory exceptions.
8. Condition of returned goods
The buyer may inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods to the same reasonable extent as would be possible in a physical shop.
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose and their value has decreased as a result, the Online Store may reduce the refund according to the reduction in value.
Where reasonably possible, goods should be returned complete with their accessories and documentation.
9. Returning goods and return costs
After submitting a withdrawal notice, the buyer must return the goods no later than within 14 days.
When exercising the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
If the return is caused by an error by the Online Store or because the goods are incorrect or defective, reasonable return costs are borne by the Online Store.
10. Refunds
Upon withdrawal, the Online Store refunds the relevant payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store.
Additional costs resulting from the buyer choosing a more expensive delivery option do not have to be refunded.
Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer has provided evidence of having sent them back.
11. Defective goods and complaints
The Online Store is liable for a lack of conformity of goods sold to a consumer that becomes apparent within two years after delivery.
Where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.

The buyer should, where possible, provide the order number, product, description of the defect and photographs or other relevant information.
The Online Store responds to a written consumer complaint within 15 days.
Where goods are defective, the consumer is entitled, subject to applicable law, primarily to request repair or replacement. Where these remedies are unavailable or inappropriate, other statutory remedies may apply.
12. Processing of personal data
Exstyle OÜ is the controller of personal data processed by the Online Store.
Personal data is processed primarily for order processing, payment processing, delivery, customer service and compliance with legal obligations.
Information necessary for fulfilling an order may be shared with payment service providers, carriers and other service providers.

The parties will attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.
If a consumer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or to a court.
