The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.

Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is your data that can be specifically or indirectly associated with a private person, which the online store collects and processes in order to fulfill the contract concluded with the individual or to contact him and fulfill the obligations arising from the law. In order to better serve the customer, Ledvalgustid.ee may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides services to the online store and is contractually obligated to keep the shared information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner, whose tasks are the transport of goods sold in the e-shop or the provision of an installment payment service. The customer's personal data is stored by Ledvalgustid.ee until the regular customer contract is terminated. Data that Ledvalstigid.ee is obliged to store due to legislation (e.g. accounting data) are stored based on the requirements set out in legislation. Modification of collected personal data - The personal data collected to identify the client and to contact him can be seen, changed and supplemented by the client in the "My account" area of our website. Please inform us if the e-mail changes, as it is not possible for the client to change it himself. Protection of personal data - Ledvalgustid.ee implements all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer's personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process data. If you suspect that your personal data has been handled contrary to what is described in this privacy policy or there is a risk that your data has been leaked to strangers, notify us immediately. Erasure - To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month, and the data deletion period will be specified. Transfer - The request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies the identity and informs about the personal data that is subject to transfer. Direct marketing messages - The e-mail address and phone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, he must select the corresponding reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support. If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to both initial and further processing of his personal data, including profile analysis related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by e-mail (the relevant information must be provided clearly and separately from all other information).
